Amber Park Spa is a family hotel resort in Niechorze on the Polish Baltic coast, about 500 m from the beach. According to the operator it has 55 rooms, 10 year-round Olivina Park cottages and a Spa & Wellness zone with a pool.
The zone includes an indoor pool, a children's paddling pool, a whirlpool, a dry sauna and a steam bath, plus massages including Thai ones that the operator says are given by a therapist from Thailand. Time in the zone can be combined with treatments from the Spa menu.

Rules and good to know

- A shower is required before entering the sauna or steam bath
- Entry is barred, for example, with an acute infection, fever, after a stroke or with unstabilised diabetes, and in pregnancy and during menstruation
- Seats may be used only when covered with a towel or bathrobe
- Own essences or oils must not be used, and nothing may be placed near the stove
- A rest of 20–30 minutes after the sauna is advised
- Quiet must be kept in the relaxation areas
