Åpromenadens Sauna

Sauna

About

Åpromenadens Sauna in Bjerringbro, Denmark, is a sauna by the Gudenå river that, according to the operator, is run by the non-commercial association Foreningen Åpromenadens Sauna under an agreement with Viborg municipality. The association relies on volunteer work and aims to make the sauna available to as many people as possible, as cheaply as possible; the sauna can also be used with winter bathing.

According to the website, an annual membership covers the whole calendar year and the sauna does not close in holidays or outside the winter-bathing season. Members book entry free of charge in the regular hours, while guests buy a single ticket. Outside member hours the sauna can be rented.

  • Member hours most days, on weekend mornings
