Aqua-Forma is a small pool in Wrocław (Psie Pole district) focused on water exercise. According to the operator it is Poland's first gym in the water; classes are held in groups of at most 9 people in the quiet surroundings of the Wrocław Business Park. The water is 1.2 m deep, so you do not need to be able to swim.
The offer includes aqua aerobics, circuit training with water bikes, treadmills and orbitrek trainers, physiotherapy, massage and a hyperbaric chamber. According to the operator a sauna is free with every class, with no limit; the class rules mention a dry and a wet sauna for up to half an hour.

Hours come from the site footer. The class timetable on the same page lists classes starting as late as 18:00 on Friday and at weekends (and 20:00 Monday to Thursday), so the two conflict; confirm by phone. The sauna is available with classes, not as a separate entry.

Prices are from the operator's site, which reserves the right to change them. Seniors (women from 60, men from 65) get 20% off classes 8:00–14:00, according to the operator. The first entry is free with a first aqua fitness pass. Hyperbaric packages (5, 10 and 20 sessions) are also listed.
