AQUA Ostróda is a municipal indoor swimming pool inside the Galeria Mazurska shopping centre in Ostróda. According to the operator it has a sports pool, a recreational pool, a children's paddling pool, a lazy-river style rapids channel, an adults' pool, a jacuzzi and a salt cave.
The sauna zone has a dry Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a Roman sauna; the price list also mentions an infrared sauna. According to the sauna rules the saunas are textile, meaning swimwear or a towel wrapped around the body. The pool is run by PWiK Ostróda.

The home page says "open 8:00–22:00" and the sauna rules give the saunas as Mon–Fri from 14:00 and weekends from 11:00, which differs from the other pages; check with the operator. Last entry is 20:45 and the pool hall must be left by 21:45. The home page announced the recreational pool as closed at the time of checking.
