According to the operator, Aqua & Soul are "family pools" in Munich: three sites (Fürstenried-West, Oberföhring, Obermenzing) with 34 °C water, where courses are offered rather than open entry. The operator has been active for over 20 years and focuses on swimming for babies, toddlers and children, complemented by land classes (yoga, baby massage, children's gymnastics).
For adults there are swimming courses, front crawl, individual lessons, aqua fitness, pilates and yoga, and occasionally wellness retreats that include sauna sessions.
