Aquafit Dierdorf is a municipal pool complex in Dierdorf (Rhineland-Palatinate) covering 1,650 m², with a separate sauna area of 450 m². According to the operator it is aimed at the whole family: it has a 25 m swimming pool with four lanes, a 1 m and 3 m diving platform, a non-swimmer pool, a paddling pool and an 85 m slide.
The sauna world offers a Finnish sauna with infusions, a bio sauna, a steam bath and an outdoor log-cabin sauna with a sauna garden and a 12 m barefoot path. There is also a relaxation room, a sauna bar and free parking.

Rules and good to know
- Sauna sessions are taken without clothing; a towel wrapped around the body or a sauna kilt is also allowed
- A shower is required before the sauna, and in the cabins you sit on a large enough towel (except in the steam bath)
- Infusions may only be done by staff; creams and salt rubs are not allowed in the cabins
- Children and teenagers under 16 only with an adult
- In the wet area only usual swimwear is permitted; the pool is closed on Tuesdays
