About
Aquaföhr is a spa and wellness centre on the North Sea island of Föhr. According to the operator, all pools are filled with heated original North Sea water, and the big pool lets waves roll in every half hour. The centre also has a sauna area, a gym, cosmetics and health treatments.
The sauna area offers a Finnish sauna (85–95 °C) with automatic infusions every 30 minutes, a sanarium with colour light, a steam sauna and the Aquaviva crystal sauna with light and sound effects. For cooling off there is a sea-water plunge pool, a sea-water shower and a jet shower, and a relaxation room for rests between rounds.

The sauna hours are taken from the sauna page. The wave pool has its own split timetable (valid 2 Nov–23 Dec 2026), for example on Sundays 10:00–13:00 without waves and 13:00–18:00 with waves; details are on the operator's website.

The sauna page announces the first price rise in over ten years from 3 August and says the prices valid until then are given at the till, so check the amounts with the operator. The surcharge is €0.80 per started 15 minutes. Reduced tickets apply to, among others, children and teenagers up to 16 with a guardian, students and people with a disability (proof required). Parking is free.
