Aquapark Międzyzdroje is part of the Aqua Resort hotel complex on the Polish Baltic coast. According to the operator it offers 500 metres of slides, a lazy river, three jacuzzis, five saunas and an outdoor pool with a bar (June to September). The operator highlights the Podwodny Świat 360° slide with 3D projection.
The sauna area includes a dry sauna, salt sauna, bio sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, snow grotto, tepidarium, sleeping room and an outdoor jacuzzi. It is a textile-free zone: swimwear comes off in the sauna and the body is covered with a towel. The complex also has a gym and a fitness hall.

The operator gives two versions: the price list and opening hours on the aquapark page (shown here), and the house rules, which say 8:00–22:00 in summer and 11:00–21:00 in winter; current hours are posted at the ticket desks. Last entry is 40 minutes before closing and a zone must be left 20 minutes before closing. On 22–30 November 2026 the water zone is closed for a technical inspection; the saunas, gym and spa stay open.

Hotel guests pay less (adult 99 zł / 3 h, sauna area 69 zł / 2 h), as do locals with the Aktywne Międzyzdroje card. Overtime is charged at 1.20 zł per minute. According to the operator the ticket also covers the sauna area and the gym. The price list is a time-limited offer, so check the current state with the operator.

Rules and good to know
- The sauna area is for healthy guests over 17
- The sauna area is textile-free: swimwear is removed, the body is covered with a towel and sandals are required
- Being uncovered in corridors and the relaxation area is forbidden; in the cabins it is allowed without swimwear provided intimate areas are covered
- Mobile phones and recording devices are not allowed in the saunas
- A shower is required before entering, metal jewellery must be taken off, and the whole body including the feet must be on a towel
- Own food is not allowed in the sauna area; close-fitting swimwear is required in the water zone

The aquapark is at ul. Bursztynowa 2 in Międzyzdroje, about 450 m from the beach according to the operator
The resort has parking spaces in garages for an extra fee; the deposit for the garage remote is 100 zł or 25 EUR
