Aquapark Suwałki is a municipal water park in Suwałki in north-eastern Poland, run by the Sports and Recreation Centre (OSiR). According to the operator it has a 25 × 21 m sports pool with seating for 300 spectators and a recreation pool with a 56 m indoor slide, two outdoor slides over 100 m long, a lazy river, three whirlpools and a children's paddling area.
Upstairs is a sauna complex with a Roman steam bath, a Finnish sauna, a sanarium and an infrared sauna; there is also a salt cave. The upstairs sauna zone runs only on some days of the week and is closed in summer, so check the current days before travelling.

Pool hours are from the house rules; on holidays and event days they change (closed 1 Nov, 24 and 25 Dec and 1 Jan, 26 Dec 10:00–18:00, 31 Dec 6:00–14:00). The sauna days differ across the site: a news item of 23 Sep 2026 lists Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun from 2 Oct, the sauna page only Fri–Sun, and the price list also mentions Wednesday. Check by phone before visiting (87 562 62 23). From 31 May to autumn the sauna zone is usually closed; on 3 and 17 Nov 2026 there is a sauna evening from 18:30 and one dry sauna is out of use.

Rules and good to know
- Ordinary swimwear is required in the pool; loose shorts are not allowed
- In the sauna zone you must wear pool footwear, not street shoes or clothes; in dry saunas you sit on a towel, and towels can be hired
- Children under 13 only with a parent or guardian; under-18s in the sauna only with an adult (the visitor guide says only adults may enter the sauna zone, so check)
- Light-coloured socks are worn in the salt cave
- Food, alcohol, loud talking and changing the cabin settings are forbidden in the sauna zone

The complex is at ul. Papieża Jana Pawła II 7 in Suwałki; the operator says there is plenty of parking
