Aquaticum is a spa and water complex in Debrecen's Nagyerdő park which, according to the operator, continues almost 200 years of bathing tradition. It consists of a summer open-air pool area (Strand), the Mediterrán Élményfürdő (adventure water park), a thermal bath and the Szaunavilág (sauna world); a hotel with direct access to the baths is part of the complex.
The adventure water park offers, according to the operator, 15 pools including giant and children's slides, a lazy river and a wave pool. The thermal bath has indoor pools and an outdoor pool at 36–38 °C, and the sauna world is for sauna use without swimwear.

Rules and good to know
- In the Szaunavilág swimwear is forbidden according to the operator; a sauna sheet or towel is recommended, and one sheet per entry is included
- The Szaunacentrum in the water park can, according to the operator, also be used in swimwear
- Children enter the Szaunavilág only with a parent; the FAQ says it is not available under six years, while another page says there is no age limit
- In the pools swimwear may reach at most to the knee and elbow
- Women's days in the Szaunavilág: Thursdays 5 Nov, 19 Nov, 3 Dec and 17 Dec from 16:00 without men
- Newspapers, slippers, own oils and plastic bottles are not allowed in the sauna; slippers cannot be rented on site

By car on the M35 motorway to Debrecen, exit Debrecen-Észak; access only via Pallagi út and the Aquaticum roundabout
By tram no. 1 from the main station (Nagyállomás) towards Egyetem, get off at Aquaticum
Parking for bath guests: free after 18:00 on weekdays, after 13:00 on Saturdays and all day Sunday, otherwise 400 Ft/hour
