About
ARRIBA is an adventure pool with a sauna world in Norderstedt near Hamburg, run by Stadtwerke Norderstedt. According to the operator it offers a wave pool, sports, children's and brine pools, six slides with a total length of 370 metres and an outdoor pool.
The sauna side has six saunas, a steam bath, an ice cave, and a sauna garden with a year-round heated whirlpool and two relaxation rooms. The sauna area is textile-free and directly connected to the adventure pool.

The slides and wave area have different hours (Mon–Thu from 11:00, otherwise the same as the sauna). On the first Tuesday of each month the sauna is men-only 11:00–15:00 and women-only 15:30–22:00. Hours as shown on the operator's site at the check; in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein school holidays the slides open at 9:00.

Adult prices, with the child price in each note. The site also lists other tickets (3-hour card, evening Mondschein from 19:30, 2-hour sprint sauna for 15.00 € / 16.00 € at weekends) and family cards. Staying longer than 3 hours means paying the difference to the day ticket. A 10-day sauna card costs 270.00 € (two extra visits free).

Rules and good to know
- The sauna area is textile-free (textilfreier Bereich); in the cabins a large enough towel must go under the whole body
- Sauna entry from age 16; younger children only with an adult
- In the pool, usual swimwear and burkinis are allowed; swim nappies are required for babies and toddlers
- Photography, filming and mobile phone use are forbidden
- Children from 8 must hold at least a bronze swimming badge; non-swimmers must wear flotation aids
- Children up to 7 only with an adult
