Bad Harzburger Sole-Therme is a town thermal spa in Bad Harzburg in the Harz mountains. According to the operator, natural brine has flowed here since 1966 from a depth of 840 metres, rich in sodium and calcium. There are indoor and outdoor pools with swimming and massage functions and the bistro "Salz & Seele".
It includes the Sauna-Erlebniswelt with nine saunas and cooling areas, from a mild sanarium to a rustic sauna up to 90 °C, an outdoor kota and a snow sauna. According to the operator, Aufguss sessions rotate by a daily plan, and the panoramic Aufguss-Arena is open on Sundays and holidays with event and show Aufguss.

The operator says communal (mixed) sauna takes place every day. Closed on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve; Christmas Day 13:00–20:00, Boxing Day 9:00–20:00, New Year's Day 13:00–20:00. Last entry is one hour before closing, and the bathing area must be left 20 minutes before closing.

- In the thermal pool the usual swimwear is required (trunks, bikini, swimsuit, burkini)
- Children and teenagers up to and including 16 may enter the sauna only with an adult

- Food and drink only in the bistro, the Sole-Baude and the outdoor area
