Bains des Pâquis

Sauna

About

Bains des Pâquis are baths built on piles on the shore of Lake Geneva. The wellness area with saunas and steam baths has been running since 1994 and, according to the operator, offers views of the Jet d'eau fountain, the Salève and Mont Blanc. There is direct access to the lake.

There are two mixed saunas, a mixed hammam, a women's hammam and a Turkish bath, plus an outdoor and an indoor rest area and a social lounge. The operator describes the sauna spaces as places of silence. From September 2026 a new rule on synthetic fabrics applies in the sauna (see rules).

  • Two mixed saunas, a mixed and a women's hammam and a Turkish bath
  • On piles right on Lake Geneva, with access to the lake
  • Outdoor rest area, a rest room and a lounge for sauna-goers
  • Monday entry is CHF 15, otherwise CHF 22
  • On the full moon (once a month) open until midnight, with clay baths and mint tea according to the operator
