About
The covered pool of the municipal Sports and Recreation Centre (OSiR) in Poniatowa. According to its regulations it has a sports, a teaching and a recreation pool, a water playground for children, a jacuzzi and a relaxation zone with two saunas and a salt wall.
The sauna consists of a small and a large dry cabin, with an air temperature of 70–90 °C according to the rules. It is used without swimwear and with your own two towels. The operator publishes the price list only as images, so prices are not given here.

Pool hours come from the regulations and may differ on particular days (holidays, July maintenance, closures for schools and clubs). The contact page gives weekend opening of 7:00–23:00, which does not match the regulations; check by phone. The sauna may open at other times when booked for exclusive use.

Rules and good to know
- The sauna is for adults only; children over 10 only with a parent or legal guardian
- Before entering the cabin, remove swimwear, dry off and bring two towels; always sit on a towel
- The small sauna needs at least 2 and at most 6 people, the large one at least 6 and at most 12 (the hours page gives a minimum of 4 for the large one)
- In the pool: a cap for long hair, a shower before entering, close-fitting swimwear (men's without pockets, no longer than mid-thigh)
- On their own, only people aged 14 and over who can swim may use the pool; younger ones only with an adult
