- A shower is required before and after the sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, and slippers are mandatory
- The rules state that the sauna is a textile-free area where everyone sits or lies on a cloth large enough for the whole body, and also that the spa is not a nudist zone and the intimate parts must be covered with a towel in the sauna. Check the rule with the operator before visiting
- Loungers in the relaxation area may be used only with a bath towel or bathrobe

Getting there
By public transport from Biasca (SBB) take bus 131 towards Olivone, change at Olivone Posta to line 136 towards Lucomagno, stop Campra Centro Nordico
From 19 June to 17 October there are 4 buses a day; in winter only on Wednesday afternoons and weekends
