The wellness area of Danubius Hotel Helia is in Budapest's 13th district and, according to the operator, offers a water world for hotel guests and external visitors alike. It has an indoor swimming pool (17.5 × 7.8 m, 26–28 °C), heated pools at 32–34 °C and 36–38 °C, a jacuzzi, steam baths and saunas separately for women and men, a solarium and a sun terrace.
The complex also has a fitness room, a salt cave and treatments (massages, Ayurvedic therapies). Under the house rules, saunas must be used with clothing appropriate to the type of sauna, and a towel or sheet is mandatory in the saunas.

According to the operator, the sitting pool and jacuzzi were closed from 16 September for renovation, with reopening expected on 3 November; other services stayed open. Check the current status before visiting. The wellness area is closed on the last Sunday of February and August and the following Monday (in 2027: 28 Feb–1 Mar and 29–30 Aug). Hours may differ on holidays.

The ticket covers the pools, sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and fitness room. The spa and fitness are free for hotel guests. A lost wristband costs HUF 8,000.
