Die Sauna im Viertel
Sauna
About
According to the operator, Die Sauna im Viertel is a small oasis of quiet and relaxation in the middle of Bremen. It offers one Finnish sauna at 75-90 °C, an infusion (Aufguss) with pure essential oils every hour (there is no fixed schedule, scents are matched to the guests), a rest room with meditative music where talking is not allowed, and a sauna garden with a pond and beach chairs.
Refreshments are filtered water, lemongrass sauna tea and salty sticks; the operator deliberately offers no catering, and guests may bring a light snack or drink. On Wednesdays and Friday mornings the sauna is reserved for women, otherwise it is mixed. Outside opening hours the sauna can be booked for private use.
