About
Dünen-Therme is a leisure and adventure pool with a sauna landscape in the Bad district of St. Peter-Ording on the North Sea coast. Under the same roof is a health and wellness centre with massages and treatments.
According to the operator, the sauna area has five saunas: a log-cabin sauna (90–100 °C, regular infusions), a stilt-house sauna with a panoramic view of the dunes and sea, a pine sauna for beginners (about 80 °C), a Strandsanarium (50–60 °C) and a sea-water steam bath (45–48 °C). There are also relaxation rooms, a dune garden with a Kneipp basin and the restaurant rêst.

According to the operator, prices apply on presentation of a guest card (Gästekarte), which can also be bought at the till. There are also family and evening tariffs and a 15% discount with the Club-Card (125 €). Bathrobe hire 7 €, sauna towel 4 €.

Rules and good to know
- The whole sauna landscape is swimwear-free according to the operator; use a large enough towel to sit on
- The pool area requires swimwear
- Phones, tablets, smartwatches and other devices with a camera are not allowed in the sauna area
- Reserving loungers and chairs is not allowed
- Own food and drinks are not allowed, except small snacks and water in plastic bottles; glass bottles are banned
- Smoking is banned throughout the Dünen-Therme
Getting there
Dünen-Therme is in the Bad district at Maleens Knoll 2. The pool and sauna entrance is on the 1st floor above the Nationalpark-Haus; the wellness centre entrance is next to the Biomaris shop.
Paid parking is available in front of the building or in the Parkpalette car park a few minutes away on foot.
