Elysium is a wellness resort in Bleiswijk between Rotterdam and The Hague, close to the Rottemeren lakes. According to the operator it stands out for its oriental atmosphere and wide range of saunas, baths, relaxation areas and restaurants, both indoors and outdoors.
The website lists over twenty saunas and steam cabins, from mild 45–65 °C ones to hot ones such as the banja and the romantic sauna at around 90 °C, and more than twelve heated and cold baths, including a lagoon with waterfalls, a salt-water bath, outdoor jetstream baths and a plunge pool. Every Monday is a swimwear day at the resort.

Open all year except New Year's Day. According to the site, some garden saunas (bamboo, pine, birch, sandalwood, infusion sauna) are open only 13:00–20:00.

Rules and good to know
- Every Monday swimwear is compulsory all day; bikinis, tankinis, swimsuits, swim shorts and trunks are allowed; body-covering swimwear (e.g. burkinis) is at your own risk
- A bathrobe is compulsory in the restaurants, lounges, relaxation rooms and on the terrace (rentable at reception)
- Own food and drink is not allowed, except a bottle of water
- On Mondays the changing rooms are separate for women and men
- At least 15 minutes of rest between sauna rounds is recommended
