About
Fontane Therme is a thermal and sauna complex on Lake Ruppin in Neuruppin, part of Resort Mark Brandenburg. According to the operator it offers 5,000 m² with outdoor pools of natural brine (3 to 8 percent), a floating brine pool, an indoor fresh-water pool, quiet rooms and a graduation tower for inhalation.
The sauna world is on the upper floor and includes a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, a laconium, two steam baths, an ice grotto and the floating Seesauna, which the operator calls the largest lake sauna in Germany. The ground floor is swimwear-only, while the sauna area including the Seesauna is textile-free according to the operator.

According to the operator's site; adult tickets are sold in the online shop subject to availability, children's tickets on site only. Flex & Relax is available Sunday to Friday. Extensions cost 15 € per hour (Spa Moments, Flex & Relax), capped at 75 € for Flex & Relax; for Early Fit the extension surcharge is 80 €. Children up to 3 are free. Rental: robe 7 €, towel 3.50 €.

Rules and good to know
- The ground floor (fresh-water pool, outdoor brine pools, summer lawn) requires swimwear
- The sauna world upstairs including the Seesauna is swimwear-free; a large enough towel is required in the saunas
- Children up to 14 are not admitted to the sauna world
- Wet areas: usual swimwear and non-slip bath shoes only
- Partner massages are not allowed and displays of affection should be kept to a minimum
- Loungers must not be reserved with belongings; own food and drinks may not be consumed

The resort is at An der Seepromenade 20 in Neuruppin, on the shore of Lake Ruppin
Because of work on the L167 (Steinstraße) direct access is closed until July 2027 according to the operator; from the north use the detour via Friedrich-Engels-Straße and Fischbänkenstraße
