About
Solemio is a leisure and brine-pool spa centre in Stade near Hamburg. According to the operator it has a sports pool, a 34 °C brine pool, an activity pool with an outdoor warm pool, a giant slide and a children's paddling pool; an outdoor pool opens in summer.
The sauna landscape has a Finnish sauna (about 85 °C), a steam bath (45 °C), a sanarium (60 °C) and, in the sauna garden, a loft sauna (75 °C) and a log-cabin sauna (90 °C). The sauna stays open while the outdoor pool is in season and the indoor pool is closed.

Valid for the winter season 14 Sep 2026 – 17 May 2027. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing, end of bathing 15 minutes before. The outdoor pool is open 17 May – 12 Sep 2027 according to the operator; the indoor pool is closed then, the sauna stays open.

Getting there
