About
Fürthermare is a thermal and fun-pool complex in Fürth near Nuremberg. The thermal area is fed by mineral water from the Kleeblattquelle spring, and the site also has fun pools with slides and a Mallorca-style sauna world.
According to the operator the sauna landscape offers 11 saunas and steam baths in total, including the event aufguss sauna Casa Grande with a large screen and light and sound technology. It also has a sauna garden with a plaza, the Hacienda Los Sueños rest house and a sauna restaurant.

According to the house rules bathing time ends 20 minutes before closing. The saunas Casa Grande and Casa Del Sol have special opening times (Casa Grande Mon–Fri from 12:00, Sat, Sun and holidays from 10:00; Casa Del Sol Fri–Sun and holidays from 10:00); the upstairs saunas stay closed at quiet times.

- According to the house rules the sauna world is a textile-free zone and may only be entered without swimwear
- Sit on a towel in the cabins and leave bath shoes outside
- In the sauna restaurant a bathrobe or towel is requested
- Children and teenagers under 16 only with a guardian
- Mobile phones and tablets are not allowed in the sauna world, nor are photos and filming
- Own aufguss essences may not be used

Getting there
By car via the A 73 (Frankenschnellweg), exit Poppenreuth, or the Südwesttangente, exit Würzburger Straße/Fürth West, then follow the Fürthermare signs
By U-Bahn U1 from Nuremberg without changing to Stadthalle, then bus 172 to Scherbsgrabenbäder, or about 5 minutes on foot along the river meadows
