Garda Thermae
wellness and sauna circuit by Lake Garda
About
Garda Thermae is a wellness and beauty centre in Linfano near Arco, on the Trentino side of Lake Garda. The sauna circuit includes a Finnish sauna with an aufguss ritual, a soft sauna with natural essences, a steam bath with coloured steam and the glass-walled Mediterraneo bath at 40–50 °C.
The cold side has a Kneipp circuit, a frigidarium with cold rain and an ice cascade, and a cold plunge pool. The wellness area is by appointment only and closed to the public in summer; the site says it reopens from mid-September.
