About
GraftTherme is a spa and leisure complex in Delmenhorst with a pool and fun-pool area, a sauna world, wellness and cosmetics. According to the operator, the sauna world offers five saunas indoors and outdoors, seven rest rooms and a sauna garden.
The sauna garden has three regional-style sauna houses, along with a vital pool, a wooden hot tub, a steam bath and a brine pool with 3% brine. The operator states that sauna guests may also use the leisure and sports areas free of charge within their opening hours.

Guests must leave the complex 15 minutes after the end of bathing time. Special hours apply on holidays and at Christmas; see the operator's site. The leisure area is closed Mon–Thu outside Lower Saxony school holidays, and entirely closed from 28 Nov to 18 Dec 2026 for a shutdown.

Rules and good to know
- According to the operator the sauna world is swimwear-free: saunas, brine pool, showers, outdoor loungers and the vital pool are used without swimwear
- A bathrobe or towel is required in rest rooms, the wellness area and the bistro
- Children and teens under 16 only with an adult; one FAQ passage says unaccompanied entry only from 18, so confirm with the operator
- On Saturdays 10:00–14:00 a family sauna tariff is available
- No phone calls, photography or filming anywhere in the sauna area
- Only staff perform infusions; guests' own oils are not allowed
- A thorough shower is required before the sauna cabins and the plunge pool
