Grotta Giusti is a thermal resort in Monsummano Terme in Tuscany with a hotel and a spa centre that also welcomes day guests. The highlight is a natural thermal grotto with a 34 °C steam bath and an outdoor thermal pool of about 750 m² with hydromassage jets and a waterfall.
A day guest can buy pool entry alone or a full route. Thermarium runs from the 34 °C Bioaquam hydromassage pool through a steam bath and sauna to an ice waterfall, while Meditarium adds a Roman bath and two saunas. Booking is recommended.
