About

Gyulai Várfürdő is a spa and bathing complex in Gyula, Hungary, next to the castle and a large old park. According to the operator it is open 365 days a year and offers healing thermal water, the covered AquaPalota water park, sports pools, medical treatments and outdoor pools whose opening depends on season and weather.

The sauna area is called Castello Szaunapark. According to the operator it has three outdoor sauna houses (Bástya, Casanova and Panoráma), but the indoor part with the domed wellness has been closed indefinitely since September 2023, so only the outdoor saunas are available.
