Häfler Sauna is the sauna and steam-bath section of the municipal Sport- und Freizeitbad in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance. According to the operator it is on the upper floor of the building and offers peace and relaxation in a modern setting.

It has a steam bath at around 45 °C, a sensory sauna (60 °C), a vital sauna (around 70 °C) and a garden sauna (around 90 °C) resembling a Finnish sauna with infusion sessions. There are also experience showers, a plunge pool, a foot-warming pool and two rest rooms with a gas fireplace.

Opening hours

The box office closes 60 minutes before closing time and bathing time ends 20 minutes before. Tuesday is ladies' day, but male staff may still be on duty in the sauna area. Christmas and New Year have adjusted hours (24 Dec 2026 9:00–13:00, 25 Dec closed, 26 Dec 10:00–18:00, 31 Dec 10:00–13:00, 1 Jan 2027 closed).

Prices

The sauna ticket includes the pool when the pool is open. Entry is single-use and expires when you leave the pool area. Overstaying costs 1.50 € per started 30 minutes. The reduced rate applies e.g. to 16 to 17-year-olds, apprentices, pupils and students up to 25 (proof required). 10 % off day and 3-hour tickets with the Echt-Bodensee-Card.

The entrance is opposite the ZF Arena, a short walk from the Bodenseecenter; covered bike racks are by the entrance

Buses 1 and 2 stop at Sportpark next to the building; lines 5, 13 and 15 stop at Bodenseecenter, about 750 m on foot

The Sportpark car park (entrance from Am Sportpark) has 420 paid spaces and eight public EV charging points
