About
Havel-Therme is a thermal and sauna complex on the shore of the Großer Zernsee lake in Werder (Havel) near Potsdam. According to the operator it offers a short Mediterranean-style break in Moorish-Andalusian architecture: a body-warm mineralised spring pool, indoor and outdoor brine pools and a sports and family pool.
According to the operator the sauna world is textile-free and offers aufguss sessions, including show aufguss in the Alhambra event sauna; the sauna ship with a lake view is currently out of service. The thermal pool area, by contrast, requires swimwear and has a textile wellness section.

Prices per the operator; the 11th visit is free when you buy an 11-visit card. The sauna world ticket includes the thermal area and the sports/family pool; switching from the thermal area costs a 5.00 EUR supplement. Sauna ship: 5.00 EUR extra (currently closed after a technical fault). Parking 3.50 EUR/day, bathrobe hire 9.00 EUR (40.00 EUR deposit).

Rules and good to know
- The sauna world is textile-free; use a towel or bathrobe after saunas and pools
- The thermal area requires swimwear
- Under-18s may enter the thermal and sauna areas only with an adult
- Family pool: children up to and including 14 only with an adult; from 12 with a same-day liability declaration and a copy of a parent's ID
- One gender may exceed the other by at most 20 %; groups of 3+ register by e-mail 2 days ahead (families with children excepted)
- A bathrobe is required in the restaurant

Train RE1 to Werder (Havel), then 1,400 m on foot, or bus 632 to the Havel-Therme stop
By car via the A10, exit Phöben, then follow the signs
