Höhlensauna is a small sauna venue with an attached bar (Alpenbar) in the Eutritzsch district of Leipzig, on the ground floor of the Novum Hotel Aviva. The interiors are in a "cave design", according to the operator.

It offers a Finnish sauna with the option of an infusion (Aufguss), a bio sauna, a steam sauna, a cold plunge pool and a foot bath. There is also a partly covered beer garden; in the bar, appropriate clothing such as a bathrobe is required.

Young people aged 14–18 get 2 € off. Shower gel and shampoo (bottle) cost 2.50 € each. The site says cards are currently not accepted.
