Hotel Lambert Medical SPA is a four-star hotel in Ustronie Morskie, right by a wide sandy beach on the Polish Baltic coast. According to the operator it was named the best Medical SPA hotel by the sea in 2026 and listed among the 100 best SPA hotels in Poland.
The wellness area has a 6 x 12 m recreational pool with a water cascade and counter-currents, a children's paddling pool, a jacuzzi and a dry sauna. The Relaxation Oasis offers Finnish, herbal and infrared saunas, an aromatic steam bath, a brine sanarium, an amber grotto, a tepidarium and warm and cold water bowls. There is also a salt grotto, a fitness room, treatments and a rehabilitation centre.

The site contradicts itself on the salt grotto and SPA zone hours: the SPA page lists Sunday as open, the SPA Etiquette page says closed on Sunday. Confirm the hours at the SPA reception before visiting.
