About
Jod-Sole Therme is a thermal spa in Bad Bevensen in the Lüneburg Heath, run by Kurgesellschaft Bevensen GmbH. According to the operator it covers almost 12,000 m², is open 365 days a year and is one of the largest thermal baths in northern Germany. The pools (health, vital and two outdoor) are fed with iodine brine from Bad Bevensen itself.
The sauna landscape offers two sanaria, a herbal sauna, three log-cabin saunas in the garden and the SOLE & SALZ worlds with a salt sauna and graduation towers. The complex also has a Spa & Vital Center with massages, floating and rasul, and a bistro.

Last admission and till closing is 1 hour before closing time; bathing and sauna time ends 15 minutes before closing. Winter hours: Christmas Eve 9:00–14:00, 25 Dec 9:00–20:00, New Year's Eve 9:00–15:00, New Year's Day 10:00–20:00. On Sunday 22 Nov 2026 it closes already at 18:00 (last admission 17:00). Subject to change.

Prices per the operator's price list; for longer stays €2.50–3.50 per started 30 minutes is charged at the exit, at most €10 for an unlimited stay. Wristbands are valid only on the day of issue. 10-visit vouchers, bonus cards and a discount with the Bevensen Card are also available.

- Children are admitted from 4 years, under 12 only with an adult
