Kaiser-Therme is a thermal spa with wellness in Bad Abbach near Regensburg. According to the operator it is an 'Aquarelaxing' wellness oasis; the pools are filled only with healing water drawn from a depth of almost 500 metres and enriched with minerals.
It includes a sauna world with a panoramic outdoor sauna, a vital sauna, an organic apple sauna, a herbal aroma sauna, a mountain crystal sauna and a steam grotto, plus an outdoor pool, a sauna garden and rest rooms. The sauna is for ages 16 and over and Monday is ladies' day there.

Last entry 1 hour before closing. Closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Monday is ladies' day in the sauna (except holidays). The sauna page also says the sauna is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 13 April to August, which matches the summer hours, but the winter hours (Mon–Fri) should be verified with the operator. The home page says new opening hours apply to the spa and sauna from 1 October 2026, so verify the times with the operator before visiting.

Bad Abbach lies on the B 16 about 15 km south of Regensburg; from the A 93 take exit Bad Abbach (no. 46), from the A 3 exit Regensburg-Süd (no. 45) onto the B 16
By train to Regensburg Hbf, then public bus line 16 to Bad Abbach and the Kaiser-Therme
The underground car park has 160 spaces, with disabled and motorhome spaces (for a fee)
