La Cerreta Terme is a thermal spa near the Tuscan town of Sassetta, part of a biodynamic farm and agriturismo in the Poggio Neri forest park. According to the operator, the pools are inspired by Etruscan and Roman architecture and fed by natural water at a constant 51 °C.
The circuit includes an indoor and two outdoor thermal pools, a river-stone steam room, an aromatherapy bio sauna and a Kneipp path. The operator says the pools use no chlorine, replaced by an oxygen-based treatment. Entry is only at a pre-booked time.

Getting there
From both north and south via the SS1 Aurelia to Sassetta, then about 3 km towards Monterotondo Marittimo and a farm track on the right to La Cerreta.
The operator asks guests to follow its directions rather than a satnav, as the roads are farm tracks. The first car park is at the restaurant, the second higher up at the reception of the agriturismo and spa.
