Le Relais Vosgien is a three-star hotel with a restaurant in the small village of Saint-Pierremont in the Vosges, housed in a former farm run by the Thenot family since 1913. According to the operator it has 18 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a lounge with a fireplace and a garden with a children's playground.
The wellness area is small and private: a hammam, a sauna and a jacuzzi. The spa is open only to people over 18 and must be booked at least two hours in advance.
