Balance Resort Gyógyfürdő in Lenti (Zala County) is a spa and leisure complex with medicinal water, with 9 indoor and 5 outdoor pools according to the operator. The water is described on the site as sodium-hydrogen-carbonate thermal water, certified as medicinal since 1988 and meant to help with musculoskeletal complaints.
The complex includes the Szaunavilág (sauna world) with a garden and relaxation area, and the Saint George Energy Park. According to its rules the sauna is a swimwear-free zone, cabins are used with a sheet and only from age 16; sauna ceremonies run on weekends from autumn to spring.

The price list is valid from 1 Oct 2026, prices are in forints including VAT; residents of Lenti pay less. The sauna ticket can only be bought together with spa entry. A single ceremony is 900 Ft in the price list but 2,200 Ft on the ceremonies page, so the prices differ; verify with the operator. Cash is accepted in forints only; cards and SZÉP cards are accepted too.
