MyWellness runs two branches in Dortmund, Aplerbeck and Mitte. Guests rent a private wellness suite by the hour, with a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool and a shower. According to the operator, you relax without strangers' eyes on you.
According to the site, suites include for example a hydrojet massage lounger, an infrared panel, a sunshower, a cool-down area and multimedia for your own music or series. Food and drinks are ordered via a touch panel and arrive through a pass-through hatch. Both branches open daily 9:00–1:00.

Rules and good to know
- Children and teens under 18 only with an adult; under 16 only with their parents and ID documents
- Outside the suite, for example on the way to the toilet, a bathrobe or a body-covering towel must be worn
- A sufficiently large sauna towel is required in the sauna; own infusions or essences are not allowed, a free infusion (one per hour) can be ordered at reception
- According to the site, bring swimwear only if you do not want to relax without textiles
- Photographing or filming other guests is prohibited; corridors and the foyer are under video surveillance, the suites are not
Getting there
Aplerbeck: Aplerbeck railway station is about 50 m away, the Aplerbecker Mark bus stop 2 minutes on foot; free parking.
Mitte: the Theodor-Fliedner-Heim U-Bahn stop is 3 minutes on foot, near the Westfalenhallen and Signal Iduna Park; allow extra time on BVB match days.
