Mineralbad & Spa Rigi Kaltbad stands at 1,433 m above sea level on the Rigi above Lake Lucerne. According to the operator, it continues the Rigi's 600-year bathing tradition. It was designed by the architect Mario Botta and, says the operator, combines history, architecture and nature.
It offers a mineral bath with warm water (35 °C), an outdoor pool with mountain views, a sauna, a herbal steam bath, a crystal bath, a bistro and massages. According to the site, the spa area is for guests aged 16 and over. It also runs evening Blue Hour events and Day Spa packages.
