The Naturbad in Rußbach am Paß Gschütt (Salzburg) is, according to the operator, the municipality, a large natural swimming pool with a waterfall, various jumping options and a water slide. It runs fully biologically, free of chlorine and other chemical additives; the water is cleaned only by integrated plants, so it also suits sensitive skin and allergy sufferers.
Right next door is the free Wasserpark with a children's canoe course, a play stream with weirs and a water wheel, and a Kneipp area for water treading and arm dipping. The site also includes the freely accessible Gradieranlage, where brine is sprayed, which the operator describes as soothing for the airways; it is in use from May to October.
