Sauna Neptun is a small traditional sauna in the Eggetal valley near Preußisch Oldendorf. According to the operator, guests have valued it since 1954; it is run by Jürgen Grobstich and offers two Finnish dry saunas (about 90 °C) with regular infusions (Aufguss) in various scents.
For most of the week the sauna is separated for women and men, each side having its own changing area, showers, cooling pool, relaxation room and a garden with an outdoor pool. The site also has a restaurant and a physiotherapy practice. The operator stresses low prices and a classic Finnish approach without wellness animation.
