Olivia Hotel Medical SPA is a four-star hotel in the Makowski Beskid hills, in the village of Skomielna Czarna, about 45 minutes from Kraków according to the operator. The wellness zone has a recreational pool and a thermal brine pool (both 16 x 6 m), two indoor and two outdoor jacuzzis, one of the outdoor ones brine-filled and open all year.
The sauna offer is a Finnish (dry), a herbal and a steam sauna. The hotel also has spa treatments, a restaurant and free parking. Important: according to the website, since 7 August 2026 the wellness zone is closed to outside guests until further notice; the brine pool and jacuzzis are open to hotel guests only.

According to the website, since 7 Aug 2026 the wellness zone is closed to outside guests until further notice; hotel guests have free unlimited access. The package pages state wellness hours of 9:00–21:00, which differs from the pool page; check with the hotel. The package page also says that, due to modernisation, the recreational pool, saunas and changing rooms are temporarily unavailable from 8 Aug 2026; the brine pool and outdoor jacuzzis remain for hotel guests only.

The price list applies from 17 Jan 2026; children up to 3 are free (only in special swim nappies). Each started quarter-hour beyond the ticket costs 7 PLN (children) and 9 PLN (adults). However, entry for outside guests is currently suspended according to the website.
