Pałac Margot is a spa hotel in a quiet district of Karpacz at the foot of the Karkonosze mountains, set in a park about 800 m from the town centre. According to the operator, the spa offers an indoor pool with a rock grotto and a rushing river, a rooftop infinity pool with a Karkonosze panorama, the small Cenota pool, a salt grotto, jacuzzis and a Tepidarium.
The sauna world has a Finnish, a steam (Turkish) and an infrared sauna, with a relaxation room and a cooling zone. Beauty and massage rooms offer massages and rituals, including Ayurvedic ones, using natural cosmetics. The operator says its spa is open the longest in Karpacz, until 23:00.

The operator plans to open the rooftop pool for the summer season on 15 May (weather permitting). Pool operation follows the schedule posted at the entrance, and with fewer guests the spa hours may differ.
