Para - Towarzystwo Saunowe
Sauna
About
Para is a small wooden sauna at the end of the Nadmorski Boulevard in Gdynia, by the sea. According to the operator it was designed and built by a group of friends; natural materials and a wood-fired Finnish stove create its atmosphere. The operator says it is just big enough for a group of friends or a few chance strangers.
Visits are booked sessions of 1 h 15 min, either open (individual) or private for a group. There are no showers; the operator suggests a quick dip in the sea instead. According to the operator, a community has grown around the sauna and organises cultural and sports events.
