PIDAL (Piscine intercommunale de l'Alzette) is a Luxembourg pool and wellness complex in Helmsange near Walferdange; the PIDALsauna sauna world is part of it. Inside are the Ruusu and Valo cabins, a steam bath (hammam), a vertical solarium, a jacuzzi and a relaxation room.
Outside are four log-cabin Finnish saunas (Tuli, Maa, Sointi, Stuga), a large lawn with 120 loungers and a 54 m² outdoor cold-water pool. According to the operator, the saunas are swimwear-free and the sauna is reserved for women every Thursday.
