Pottland Sauna is the sauna area of the indoor pool in Duingen, Lower Saxony, run by the sports club Duinger Sportclub e.V. According to the operator, the new sauna landscape was built through the hard work of club members and inspired by the history of the village.
Outside there is a Finnish sauna (about 90 °C), a new panorama sauna (about 80 °C), the Pottland earth sauna (about 70 °C), a new cold plunge pool, a sun deck and rest areas. Inside are a sanarium (about 55 °C), a Finnish sauna (about 90 °C), heated foot baths, a rest room and a bar serving drinks and food on request.

On Sundays from May to early October it is open only until 13:00. On Long Sauna Night (7 Nov and 5 Dec 2026) it is open until midnight. Exceptions: 14 Nov 2026 open only until 18:00, closed 24–26 Dec and 31 Dec 2026 – 1 Jan 2027. Aufguss: Wed–Fri every half hour from 15:30 to 20:30, Saturday on the hour from 14:00 to 19:00, Sunday on the hour from 9:00 to 12:00 or 17:00.

Prices apply to a stay of any length during the day. Payment by card at the ticket machine, or cash or card at the pool attendant. A discount for severely disabled guests is listed by the operator.
