rheinwelle is a Rhine-Hesse leisure pool and sauna world in the orchards between Bingen, Ingelheim and Gau-Algesheim. According to the operator the building is shaped after the course of the Rhine. It offers a 25 m sports pool with one-metre and three-metre diving boards, a learner pool, a fun pool with a current channel and waves, a giant slide, a climbing wall, a paddling pool, a whirlpool and a year-round outdoor brine pool.
The sauna world is split into an indoor and an outdoor area: indoors are Finnish saunas and a steam bath with an ice fountain and a plunge pool, outdoors five saunas, a natural bathing pond, a sauna garden with lawn and relaxation areas (including a fireplace room and water beds). The operator also lists massages and a gastro area with a sauna bar and a restaurant.
