About
Salinarium is a thermal spa and sauna world in Bad Dürkheim in the Palatinate, run by the municipal company Stadtwerke Bad Dürkheim. According to the operator it combines a leisure pool, thermal pools with mildly saline water from the Fronmühl spring, a sauna and wellness.
The sauna world is spread over three floors: the ground floor has a sauna garden with a forest sauna (80 °C) and a relax sauna (65 °C); the 1st floor has the Babbelsauna (90 °C) with a steam bath and plunge pool; the 2nd floor has a panorama sauna (90 °C) overlooking the town and the Palatinate Forest. Sauna admission also includes the thermal and leisure pools.

Swimming and sauna end 30 minutes before the closing times shown. On Mondays the leisure pool closes at 18:00 because of club swimming. Closed on 24 and 25 December and on 31 December and 1 January. The outdoor pool stays closed this season.

Reduced prices apply to children, young people, pupils and students up to 24 (with proof) and holders of a disability pass of 80% or more. The sauna is for ages 6 and over. The operator also offers 10+1 and 20+3 cards and quarterly cards.

- The sauna is for ages 6 and over; under-18s only with a responsible adult
- Towel or bathrobe is required in the gastro and lounge areas; do not lie on loungers sweaty or naked, always put something underneath
- Suitable swimwear is required in the thermal pool
- Microfibre towels, sauna kilts and hamam cloths are not suitable as a base in the cabins
- Own infusions or scents are not allowed; only staff carry out infusions
- Phones, cameras and other electronics are not allowed in the sauna and relaxation areas

According to the operator there is a ticket machine opposite the entrance: choose the tariff "Kurzzeitparken – 30 Minuten", bring the ticket to the cash desk and the team releases your car free of charge for the whole day
