Salt og Sauna is a community sauna in Fredericia on the Lillebælt strait. According to the operator it combines sauna heat with a dip in the cold sea, and offers memberships, sauna ceremonies (gus) and private events.
The season runs from 1 September to 31 May; the sauna is closed in June, July and August. Members get a personal door code and can use the sauna on their own during set hours.

Rules and good to know
- Shoes and bathing shoes are left outside the sauna
- Swimwear is always worn and you sit on a towel
- Keep voices low; no food or alcohol in the sauna
- No liquids or oils may be poured on the stove (stated for members)
- A ceremony booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, otherwise the punch is lost
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early for a ceremony and bring a water bottle and a towel
