According to the operator, Sauna Centar is the only wellness space in Zagreb intended mainly for a male clientele. Only people over 18 are admitted.
Inside are a Finnish sauna that, per the operator, runs in three modes (laconium about 40 °C, sanarium 55–60 °C and a Finnish mode of 75–80 °C), private relaxation cabins designed around chromotherapy, and a day lounge for socialising.

- No swimwear: in the facility you wear only a towel or robe, and the operator advises against swimwear in the sauna
- Showering is required before each sauna visit and after it
- You must sit on a towel in the sauna
- Phones and photography are strictly forbidden in the sauna areas
- Staying under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden, and smoking is not allowed
- Bring clean slippers or rent a pair; take them off outside the sauna
