Sauna-Oase is the sauna section of the municipal indoor pool Gartenhallenbad in Schloß Holte-Stukenbrock, run by the local Stadtwerke. According to the operator it offers a steam bath, a Finnish sauna and a sanarium that was newly built in 2024.
The saunas are entered through separate changing rooms from the pool complex. According to the operator the sauna area is entirely textile-free, so you sauna without swimwear. Free parking is available at the entrance.

The sauna is closed on public holidays in North Rhine-Westphalia. On sauna event days it opens only for the event with an event ticket. It is closed on 30 Oct 2026 and 4 Nov 2026; the operator advises checking opening hours in advance.

- A towel to lie on is currently compulsory
- Cover the bench with your towel and rest your feet on it too
- Do not enter the cabin during an infusion (Aufguss)
