Sauna Swoll is a sauna complex in Zwolle (Heinoseweg 26) that, according to the operator, has been running for 50 years. It offers six saunas including a Russian banja, a steam bath, indoor and outdoor whirlpools, an ecological swimming pond, a pool and contrast baths.

For relaxing there is a sunbathing lawn, a sauna beach, an English landscape garden, rest rooms and a sleeping room. The complex has a restaurant; the operator also offers massages and a clay Rasul ritual. It calls itself a sauna "pur sang", and swimwear is not allowed.

Opening hours

Also closed on New Year's Day, at Easter, on King's Day, Ascension, at Whitsun, 24–26 December and 31 December. Children aged 4–12 are welcome only Mon–Thu until 19:00, not at weekends.

• In the sauna cabin you must sit or lie entirely on a towel
• A bathrobe is compulsory in the rest rooms

• Children under 16 only with adult supervision; children 4–12 only Mon–Thu until 19:00
• Your own oils or other lotions may not be used in the saunas and steam cabin
• The operator has no ladies' days and no swimwear days
